These tutorials give direct access to Mathilde Gilhet's movement vocabulary. They are indeed a quick shortcut to Mathilde's exploration and research.

Each video, open to a wide variety of movement backgrounds, offers alternatives for different levels and individual abilities. Playing with different qualities and dynamics such as balancing, swinging, rolling, falling and softening, Mathilde's aim is to always find smoother transitions to and from the floor.

ADVICES

Make sure you warm up before trying any of these tutorials. Wearing a long sleeve shirt, pants and socks is recommended but that also depends on the surface where you usually have fun.Take your time and enjoy the process!
